Personal Chef Services will cost about the same, per serving, as a plate of food at a moderately priced restaurant. However, you are eliminating all the hidden fat in restaurant recipes, tips, tax, overpriced drink menus, and driving to and from the restaurant.
The Personal Chef Service Fee is tiered, based on the number of entrees and side dishes. This fee includes your initial consultation, meal planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, storage of the meals in your refrigerator and freezer and kitchen clean-up. Groceries are a separate and additional charge.
5 entrees with 4 generous portions of each meal, $205 plus the cost of groceries.
4 entrees with 4 generous portions of each meal, $195 plus the cost of groceries.
3 entrees with 4 generous portions of each meal, $175 plus the cost of groceries.
Chef Catherine plans menus around the freshest ingredients in season, shops at reputable grocery stores as well as restaurant suppliers, fish mongers and butchers, keeping your food costs as low as possible.

One-time and short-term clients: meals will be packaged in "disposable" containers. A container fee will be added to your service fee for disposable containers.
Repeat clients and "green customers": A one-time fee will be added to your initial service for a set of reusable Pyrex glass or reusable plastic containers, which are yours to keep if service is discontinued. Chef Catherine will purchase the containers and bring them to your house on the date of your first service.
Chef Catherine will store your meals in the refrigerator and/or freezer, based on your menu selections and the time frame in which you plan on consuming the meals.
